No added sugar Low-carb Chocolate Truffles Recipe
100g Montezuma’s 100% absolute Black Dark Chocolate (sainsburys or online)
30ml double cream
1tbsp xylitol or my choice nativia sweetener
1tsp of instant coffee or orange flavouring works well if your not a coffee fan.
Start by melting your Chocolate in a bowl over a pan of warm water, at in your butter and cream along with your sweetener and either coffee or orange flavouring.
line a small tupperware container with cling film and gentle pour your melted mixture, then place in the fridge to cool and set for at least two hours. Once set remove from fridge and place on greaseproof paper and cut into 24 small pieces, roughly shape pieces and dust with cocoa powder and enjoy.
